Hello! My name is Denise and I am a Mom of two amazing kids that keeps me very busy. I am from Oregon, but have lived in Texas for the past few years. I love helping people. I spent over 15 years working with victims of crime, primarily sexual assault, domestic violence and drunk driving. I’ve taken the last three years off to be a stay at home Mom and hang out with my kids. However, life threw me a curve ball and I ended up being a single Mom. I have always had big dreams for me, but as you know, being a Mom, we put everyone first! We often neglect ourselves and are left feeling exhausted, unappreciated, and out of balance.Then, I found Oola! What is Oola? Oola is short for ooh-la-la: it’s what life feels like when you are happy, growing and looking forward to what the world has in store for you. Oola is also the proven formula for getting back on track, and finding balance in our unbalanced world. We have 7 major life categories: Fitness, Finance, Family, Field, Faith, Friends, Fun. When one or more of those are out of sync, you feel unbalanced. You may struggle to find ways to get that balance back in your life, but are not successful and left feeling discouraged. We deserve to feel balanced in our lives! When we are balanced, we can be better partners, parents, co-workers, friend, and most importantly, YOU feel good!Oola has been an amazing part of my life after a major life transition, that I decided to use my expertise and life experience and became a certified Oola Life Coach. I want to help everyone, especially women become their best selves and we deserve amazing things!
