From first steps to handstands, My Gym grows with your little ones. We bring the fun to you with our mobile program and My Gym LIVE online classes for ages 6 weeks to 10 years. Our variety of engaging, age-appropriate play-based programs are designed to create a positive connection to physical fitness. Fit4Mom Stone Oak/Bulverde offers fitness programming for moms in all stages of motherhood, and designed to accommodate ALL activity levels, with virtual and onsite options. Pregnant or wanting to bring your kiddos to your workout? Try our morning Stroller Strides, Strides 360 and Stroller Barre classes. Wanting some mama only time, check out our Body Back HIIT classes. Expecting? Try our Fit4Baby sessions, which are designed specifically for the pregnant mom.
We also offer a community of support with free weekly play dates for kiddos, monthly Mom’s Night Outs, and a private/member support page.

Stroller Strong Moms is an exercise group for moms run by moms. Our instructors are group fitness certified, have training in pregnancy and postpartum athleticism, and hold current CPR certification. We are a community of women who empower and encourage each other to find our inner athlete. We meet 5 days a week at Brackenridge Park to sweat together and let the kiddos play! Summer Arts and Culture Sessions with The Circle School
This spring our community has celebrated the transition of our unique school culture and curriculum into an effective distance learning program. This summer, we will build on that success by offering a variety of programs in a distance format for children ages 7-14. Engaging weekly opportunities have been designed for children to learn and explore together with skilled teacher support.
Our long-running summer tradition of Arts and Culture Sessions such as Dr. Seuss Central, Messy Science, DIY Fashion, and Southern Cooking will still be hands-on in this new format! Prior to the start of the session, students will be provided with prepared materials and a home supplies list to be paired with daily virtual instructions, connections and demonstrations. We offer a full menu of choices to inspire every aspiring chef, artist, poet, or engineer to follow their individual passions and interests.
