2016 Pumpkin Patches in San Antonio
Alamo Heights United Methodist Church

No cost for admission. The pumpkins come from a Navajo Nation owned and operated 100,000-acre farm in New Mexico. A portion of all the proceeds from pumpkin sales goes to the Habitat for Humanity. Contact Cheryl Vollmer at (210) 416-2944 to schedule a time for a group to visit.
The AHUMC pumpkin patch is open 7 days a week from October 13-31, 2016, 9:00 A.M.–7:00 P.M.
Bracken United Methodist Pumpkin Patch

Featuring over fifteen thousand pumpkins, hayrides, and train rides, the Bracken Pumpkin Patch offers a great setting to grab the quintessential fall pictures of your little ones. Pumpkin prices start as low as .50 cents and Halloween costumes are encouraged!
The Bracken United Methodist Pumpkin Patch is open daily September 20–October 31, 9:00 A.M. through sundown.
Braune Farms Fresh Produce Pumpkin Patch

No admission fee. This farm is growing its crop up right up until the pumpkin patch dates and is dependent upon good weather leading up to the pumpkin patch and on the days scheduled to be open. You can also find this family farm selling produce at the Pearl Farmers Market.
Braune Farms is typically open weekends during October. Check back to see official dates and times.

Good News Pumpkin Patch

The 6th annual Good News Pumpkin Patch features a variety of pumpkins for purchase as well as hayrides, moon bounces, mazes, laser tag for the kids on Sunday afternoons, movies on Saturday nights, and other special events.
Good News Pumpkin Patch will open for the season on September 24, 2016. Hours are Sunday through Friday from 12:00–8:00 P.M. and Saturday 10:00 A.M.–8:00 P.M.
Great Hill Country Pumpkin Patch at Love Creek Orchards

Admission is just $6.00 per person and children 2 and under are free. The Great Hill Country Pumpkin Patch is celebrating its 20th year and features unlimited hayrides, a petting zoo, paint a pumpkin (you buy the pumpkin, painting is free), train rides, and more!
Open every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday in October from 10:00 A.M.–4:00 P.M.

Harvest of Fall Fun at Sweet Berry Farm Pumpkin Patch

No admission fee, just pay per activity (check website for pricing). Pumpkin prices range from $.75 minis to $45 goliaths. There are lots of activities to do: hayrides, mazes, stuff your own scarecrow, pick your own flowers, make your own sand art, pumpkin pie (and other farm-made flavors) ice cream, horse rides (weekends only), and more!
Sweet Berry Farm Pumpkin Patch is open September 24–November 6. Monday–Tuesday, Thursday–Saturday, 8:30 A.M.–5:30 P.M.; and Sunday, 1–5:00 P.M. Closed Wednesdays.
Helotes Hills United Methodist Church

No admission fee. Pumpkin prices start as low as $.50. There are lots of photo opportunities and coloring activities for children. Family Fun Day is Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 10:00 A.M.– 3:00 P.M.

Northwest Hills United Methodist Pumpkin Patch

Oxford United Methodist Church Pumpkin Patch

No admission fee. Events are scheduled during the month. Proceeds from the Pumpkin Patch help fund the church youth ministry.
Oxford UMC Pumpkin Patch opens October 2. Times are Monday–Saturday, 10:00 A.M.–8:00 P.M.; and Sunday, 11:30 A.M.–8:00 P.M.

Owl Creek Pumpkin Patch (formerly Fiesta Farm)

Fiesta Farm sadly closed this past June, but the fun continues this October at the new Owl Creek Pumpkin Patch. The admission fee of $8 includes access to pony rides, hay rides, petting zoos, and play areas.
Owl Creek Pumpkin Patch is open the month of October; Monday-Friday 9:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M., Saturday 9:00 A.M.-7:00 P.M., Sunday 11:00 A.M.-7:00 P.M.

Pipe Creek Pumpkin Patch at Pipe Creek Christmas Tree Farm

Admission is $5; children 2 and under are free. Admission fee includes taking a hayride, visiting farm animals, pumpkin painting (with purchase of a pumpkin), lots of photo ops, and strolling through 6,000 Christmas trees. There are additional charges for kiddie barrel train ride and rubber duck race. There is a Farmers’ Market on site with pumpkins, gourdes, Indian corn, corn stalks, and hay bales.
Pipe Creek Pumpkin Patch is open weekends October 1–31. Saturday & Sunday, 11:00 A.M.–5:30 P.M.
The Pumpkin Patch San Antonio

St. Thomas Episcopal School Pumpkin Patch

South Texas MAiZE

Maize grounds admission is required to access the pumpkin patch. Fees are for adults (3-64): $15.00+tax; Seniors (65+): $10.00+tax; Children 2 and under are free. Activities include the seven-acre maze, hayrides, the MatterCorn Slide Mountain, the Twin Cow Train, Farmer Ken’s Kiddie Korral, the Hay Bale Jump, Paw Paw’s pig races, unlimited jumping on the two Corn Pop-Poppers and new in 2016, the Whacky Whizzer.
South Texas MAiZE is open weekends September 24–31. Friday, 5:00–9:00 P.M.; Saturday, 10:00 A.M–9:00 P.M.; and Sunday, 12:00–5:00 P.M.

University United Methodist Student Ministry Pumpkin Patch

Windcrest United Methodist Church

Lots of special activities happening during the month of October including story time, pet blessings, and movie nights. The 15th Annual Pumpkin Olympics will happen on October 30. Proceeds help fund all Children and Family Ministries programs.
Windcrest UMC’s Pumpkin Patch opens to the public on September 26, 2016 and is open Monday–Friday 11:30 A.M–7:30 P.M.; Saturday & Sunday 9:30 A.M.–7:30 P.M.
St. Andrew Lutheran Church of Canyon Lake will have a Pumpkin Patch on weekends from October 8 – 23. Hours: Saturdays from 10am – 4pm and Sundays from 12pm – 4pm. No admission fee. Address: 7420 FM 2673, Canyon Lake Texas 78133. Stroll through the pumpkin patch to find pumpkins, gourds, and Indian corn, Kids’ painting and crafting area, and settings for photos. Windcrest United Methodist Church will be having a “Pet Blessing in the Patch” on October 15th at 10am. The WUMC Pumpkin Patch is located at 8101 MIdcrown Dr. 78239
Free, lots of photo opportunities. Free children activites each Saturday morning from 9:30-10:30am.
