The DoSeum Is Much More Than A Children’s Museum.
It’s a place where interactive fun and hands-on learning come together—a place where minds are always at play. The DoSeum offers exhibits, programs, camps, classes, and field trips designed for all learners, encouraging young minds to explore the joy of learning through connections to STEM, the arts, and literacy. Originally founded as San Antonio Children’s Museum, The DoSeum has grown over the past 25 years to become a premier leader in informal education, while still staying true to the mission of connecting families and transforming communities.
The Rise School of San Antonio is a 501c3 that will provide the highest quality of early educational services to children ages six months to six years. At Rise, about 50% of children have disabilities and the other 50% are traditional learners, or children without disabilities. Therapies are woven into the classroom and throughout the school day and this integration of learning and intervention is core to the school’s mission. The short and long-term benefits of an integrated environment are equally great for children with and without disabilities.

The Tobin Center is a world-class venue that promotes a diverse range of cultural, educational, and artistic experiences that improve the quality of life in San Antonio.
The Tobin Center features a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose 1,750 seat (2,039 seats with flat-floor configuration) Performance Hall (both including balcony boxes in the count), a 232 seat (or 249, 266, 293, or 300 – depending on the number of additional rows added in front of the stage) Studio Theater, and an outdoor performance plaza connected to the River Walk with a permanent 32 FT video wall and water taxi portal.
Wellness at The Tobin
With generous support from H-E-B, Wellness at the Tobin is a series of free public experiences designed to address aspects of living and being well. We strive to present something for everyone at the Tobin, join us for any or all of these uplifting events throughout the year.
Stroller Strong Moms is an exercise group for moms run by moms. Our instructors are group fitness certified, have training in pregnancy and postpartum athleticism, and hold current CPR certification. We are a community of women who empower and encourage each other to find our inner athlete. We meet 5 days a week at Brackenridge Park to sweat together and let the kiddos play! Girls Inc. inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. At Discovery School, We Learn as We Play and Play as We Learn!
Discovery School is a private, non-profit, multi-denominational, nationally accredited, child-centered program for children two years through First Grade.
Discovery School strives to create life-long learners and compassionate citizens of the world by integrating hands-on, meaningful learning opportunities across the curriculum to include math and literacy challenges, science/discovery explorations, fine and gross motor activities, language enrichment, the creative arts, field trips or special guests, cooking projects, and community service. Engaged Early Childhood professionals, small class sizes and low student:Teacher ratios and celebrating Families as partners assure optimal learning for all children.
Preschool programs are 2, 3 or 5 mornings per week with an optional Extended Day until 2pm. Kindergarten and First Grade are 5 full days per week. Early Care at 8:00am and Late Care until 3:00pm is also available to all groups.
All classes attend Music, Motor Skills and Spanish classes each week; older children participate in Science Lab twice a month.

I am the owner/photographer behind Alon-Alon Photography LLC. I am a full-time ICU nurse/part-time photographer. I started doing photography professionally in 2020. My friends and I needed someone to take senior grad pics. Unfortunately, because we realized we wanted photos last minute it was hard for us to find someone to take our photos. Hence, I volunteered to do it and realized how much I love capturing candid moments, smiles and laughter of my friends and family. Since then, I’ve wanted to extend my services to people in our community.
I mainly do any kind of lifestyle and portait photography such as maternity, senior grad pictures, family portrait photography, couples photography – proposals, pre-wedding/engagement shoot, save the date, wedding, fashion photography, boudoir, and product shoots.
