Align Couples Therapy is a boutique private therapy practice in North Central San Antonio. I am a mom, pediatrician, and life coach with ADHD and focus on providing mental health services. Think of me when needing support and guidance, parent training, or if absolutely needed medication management.
Having worked in a community counseling setting and as an elementary school counselor, I’ve had the opportunity to work with all ages and people throughout various journeys in their lives.
Being in a school setting allowed me to hone in on my skills of working with children, parents and educators. Knowing the unique stressors that educators experience in the field allows me to come from a place of understanding for those in the field.
Working with women throughout the many life transitions that we face, is an area that I am passionate about. Helping to make those transition periods less lonely and more transformative is how I like to approach my time with clients. Making people feel seen, heard, and validated is important to me.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and work from a client centered approach. If you are interested during your sessions, I also find using art and music as ways to communicate and express feelings when words abandon us. I believe that focusing on your mental health is just as important as focusing on your physical health and often go hand in hand.

Clarity Child Guidance Center is the only nonprofit mental health treatment center for kids ages 3 to 17 in South Texas. Our staff of children’s mental health professionals is the largest in the region. When a child is in crisis, we work with families to get much needed treatment regardless of their ability to pay.
Deborah is an experienced child and adolescent clinical therapist in private practice. She provides individual and group therapy sessions via Telehealth during the pandemic. Her areas of treatment expertise include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and autism spectrum. Her groups include children’s social skills, teen groups, bipolar and other mood related disorder groups and parenting groups. Deborah believes in the team approach and regularly consults with psychiatrists, primary care physicians and school educators.

Cecilia is a trauma certified counselor with over 10 years of experience serving parents and children.
