Fit4Mom Stone Oak/Bulverde offers fitness programming for moms in all stages of motherhood, and designed to accommodate ALL activity levels, with virtual and onsite options. Pregnant or wanting to bring your kiddos to your workout? Try our morning Stroller Strides, Strides 360 and Stroller Barre classes. Wanting some mama only time, check out our Body Back HIIT classes. Expecting? Try our Fit4Baby sessions, which are designed specifically for the pregnant mom.

We also offer a community of support with free weekly play dates for kiddos, monthly Mom’s Night Outs, and a private/member support page.

Stroller Strong Moms is an exercise group for moms run by moms. Our instructors are group fitness certified, have training in pregnancy and postpartum athleticism, and hold current CPR certification. We are a community of women who empower and encourage each other to find our inner athlete. We meet 5 days a week at Brackenridge Park to sweat together and let the kiddos play!
