Just One More Bite: Kid-Friendly Activities to Reduce Anxiety and Stress

Little did we know that almost a year later, we’d still need these activities as we continue to navigate a global pandemic. From mandalas to nature crafts, helping guide our kids through activities far removed from Zoom meetings and face mask-wearing and social distancing is healthy for the whole family.
