Conversations at the Kitchen Table: Socially Connecting While Social Distancing

It’s not easy to put into words all that we’re missing out on right now. The kids are missing their teachers, friends and freedom. We’re missing our routine, mindless walks around our favorite stores and our people. Oh, how we miss our people! But…in this episode, we discuss ways to stay connected in the middle of a quarantined pandemic.

From virtual zoom calls to planning special birthday celebrations on the porch, taking the time to care of yourself and your people during this crazy time is always worth it. Social connection is a need, not a luxury and we explore ways to make this happen- even on a daily basis and from what feels like far away.
