A Girls’ Night Out You Don’t Want to Miss—Boerne’s Fall Diva Night is November 4!

This post is brought to you by the City of Boerne.

Twice a year, the shops on Boerne’s Hill Country Mile throw an epic party, staying open late, offering fun cocktails and treats—and some of the best shopping around—all taking place in one of the cutest downtowns you ever did see!

It’s called Diva Night, and it is definitely worth gathering up your best girls and making the 20 or so mile drive up I-10 to downtown Boerne.

The Hill Country Mile has been quietly growing over the last year, adding amazing new shops, breweries, and restaurants, so whether it’s your first or your 100th time to Boerne, you’ll find something new to love and share with friends.

The fun begins at 5:00 p.m. when you pick up your free tiara and feather boa at one of three check-in locations: The Boerne Chamber of Commerce, The Dienger Trading Co., or J. Forks Designs. (For the first 200 at each location!) Then off to shop, sip, and nosh in some of the Hill Country’s best boutiques, which will be filled to the brim with the season’s most unique finds. You can take your time too, because for Diva Night they’re staying open until 9:00 p.m. Hooray!

And when you’re a mom, you know that having an uninterrupted drink and snack is equally as important as shopping! As you meander down Main, many of the participating shops will have fun little snacks and drinks (One time Chloe Rose had rosé with cotton candy on top and cake balls, y’all!) and there are great stops all around the Mile for a drink, quick appetizer, or a full meal. Some favorites for that are the charc board at Tusculum Brewing Co., the bubbly selections at Richter Cork & Keg, and the best-dipped cones ever at Dip Ice Cream.

If this will be your first Diva Night, here’s some scoop to help plan your evening: In years past, our group headed from North Central S.A. around 5:00, and it took about 35 minutes to get there. (Though it seemed shorter ‘cause it’s a carload of fun girls!) There was plenty of parking everywhere, and we easily found a spot near The Dienger Trading Co., just across from Main Plaza. We grabbed our tiaras and feathers (Just go with the flow here. It’s fun and made for some great pics.) and worked our way up Main Street after a run through The Dienger’s ah-mazing boutique. Along the way, Pixie and La Te Da had a super fun photo area set up with girls there to help us take pics and memorialize the night, and Joli Boutique had a live DJ who knew just what to do to get a sidewalk party going. (Where you know every single word to every song!)

If you’re not familiar with the area, I suggest liking the Hill Country Mile on Facebook and Instagram where there are always updates on things going on, and you can get lots of great info. about the shops and restaurants at www.hillcountrymile.com. So if this Diva Night date doesn’t work for you, you’ll be in the know about all the fun events happening in Boerne.
