15 Places to Eat Near 281 and 1604

It’s an age-old quandary and quite possibly one of the most asked questions ever… “Where should we eat?”. If you’re near the 1604 and 281 area (from near 281 and 1604 over to 1604 and Blanco) there are LOTS of restaurants to try.

An event so nice, we’re hosting it twice! That’s right, this year, Alamo City Moms is excited to share Bloom 2021 on two separate evenings – May 13, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and September 16, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The events will be hosted in a hybrid format—online and in-person—so families can attend in the way they are most comfortable. The in-person gatherings will be smaller than past years to accommodate recommended safety precautions and social distancing; however, each event will be filled with loads of fun and learning!

If you’re planning to attend Bloom in person, consider supporting a nearby, local eatery before you join us and fuel up with all that energy you’ll need to visit, learn, and shop the evening away! We’ve rounded up 15 of our favorite spots to dine near the event location—in the 281/1604 area—to give you some ideas on where to enjoy a meal before or after Bloom.
