School holidays—love them or loathe them, they come every fall & winter and remind us how much we love our kids’ teachers. If you’re looking ahead to Thanksgiving and Winter Breaks and thinking, I’ve got to find something for these kids to do so I can clean/cook/gift wrap/work/not lose my mind, we’ve rounded up some great options for Thanksgiving and winter break camps in San Antonio. This mini-guide is presented by Highland Homes and the camps listed below purchased their listing.
YMCA Holiday Break Camps
Camps at the Y are about discovery. Children ages 5 to 13 have the opportunity to explore, discover new talents, gain independence, and make lasting friendships and memories. Our camps will be held at all of our 8 San Antonio locations over Thanksgiving Break (November 23-25) and Winter Break (December 21-24 and December 28-31).
The perfect end-of-semester break! Winterfest is the fun of summer camp packed into one weekend in December. What better way to celebrate Christmas than by decking the halls with friends, old and new, all weekend? Use code ALAMO2020 to receive 15% off the price!
Fall Outdoor Camps
Are your kids tired of Zoom calls and staring in front of their computer? Need them to get out and enjoy the fresh air? Try our new in-person classes held outdoors at Hemisfair. Students will have fun exploring the basics of theatre by learning how actors use their bodies, voices, and imaginations while in an outside setting environment practicing social distancing.
