Strength and Conditioning Kid’s Summer Program

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until August 20, 2020

One Plus Strength and Conditioning is once again hosting its annual summer kid’s program. Taught by previous American Ninja Warrior, Lufe Torres and geared for kids ages 8-15, these biweekly one-hour classes include a variety of skills-building activities targeting: areas of general strength and conditioning (metabolic training, major lifts, power lifts, Olympic weightlifting), sport-specific training (agility, coordination speed, endurance, strength, and control), and fun skill-building (gymnastics skills, American Ninja Warrior training).

Each session runs for three weeks.

Session 1: June 16th – July 3rd

Session 2: July 14th – July 30th

Session 3: August 4th – August 20th

Scroll down to your desired “Kids Summer Camp” session listed in the schedule and select “book.” The booking link will direct you to create an account in the mind-body online app. Listed price includes all three weeks of the biweekly classes. All classes are capped at 12 students and social distancing will be maintained in these primarily outdoor classes.
