Description: In this class, participants will acquire flexibility, ease of movement, dexterity, and strength through the intelligent use of ballet technique and movement practice. Ballet technique is a foundation for aerial work, so if you’re looking for a greater understanding of the body as a whole, this class is for you!
Also, Amber is a local dance artist, educator, and treasure to the city – we’re so lucky she’s teaching at Aerial Horizon!
Prerequisites: No experience needed. All are welcome! Ballet shoes are not required. Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.
Schedule: This series class meets once per week on Thursdays from 7:30-8:45 pm.
