Camp Champions is one of the top overnight camps in Texas, offering 1-, 2-, and 3-week sessions for campers aged 5-17.

When we talk about “building strong kids”, we mean campers who have grown the skills to excel in school, build strong friendships, and become good decision-makers.

We are one of just four camps in the country to be named an Exemplar Program by the Partnership for 21^st Century Learning (P21.org).

2. Camp Champions has the best counselors.

There are two things we do differently to develop the best staff:

First, Camp Champions counselors commit to not drinking alcohol for the duration of the summer, including on off time.

Second, our counselors have a full two week orientation, the longest training of any camp we know of.

3. Camp Champions operates tech-free
   

We know that overexposure to screens and social media is causing negative health outcomes for kids (both physical and emotional). We know that this is only getting worse.

Camp is one of the few places left where we can cut the technological umbilical cord and kids (and even teenagers!) will thank us for it. Showing kids that they can be spectacular without a phone in their hands may be one of the most important outcomes of camp in 2023.

Creator Camp is the #1 Creative-Tech summer camp in Texas! Immerse yourself in a world of creativity and technology where you’ll have the chance to make amazing films, animations, YouTube videos, Minecraft mods, custom Roblox games, and more! Our in-person, hands-on camps are designed specifically for students aged 6-13, offering them a unique opportunity to learn from industry-level instructors and create their very own projects in real-time.

At our 3-day creative camps, students will unleash their imagination and turn their wildest ideas into reality. With each day, you’ll be amazed by the new film or animation they created, learning from real industry techniques and creating special effects, green screen effects, claymation, Lego animation and more. On the last day, Creator Camp will transform into a mock Oscars film festival, where students get to show off their best films on the big screen to compete for the title of best picture!

For the tech enthusiasts, our 2-day camps are designed to provide students with an exciting introduction to the world of technology. Whether it’s learning how to code by modding Minecraft, creating awesome levels in Roblox, or developing video games, our highly-skilled instructors will make learning tech fun and inspiring.With the latest technology at their fingertips, they will be able to create projects that they’ll be proud to show your friends and family.

At Creator Camp, we believe in harnessing the power of imagination and turning it into something tangible. Our camps run weekly throughout the summer, each day packed with learning, creating, and fun from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. We provide an immersive experience where children can delve into the worlds of filmmaking, animation, game development, music production, and more, all while making new friends and developing vital life skills.

At Shooting For Success, we’re so much more than basketball training. We are a youth and elite basketball organization dedicated to teaching athletes the correct basketball fundamentals, a better understanding of the game, and a set of core values we expect our players to demonstrate on and off the court. We offer basketball camp, weekly, throughout the summer and during school breaks. We also offer year-round private training, youth fundamentals small-group training, and have competitive club teams in various age divisions. SFS Founder and Lead Trainer, David ‘DJ’ Jones played professional basketball overseas and is known throughout the world as ‘The Shot Doctor’ for his shooting mechanics and training. Whether you have a budding basketball player or a player with proven experience, we look forward to helping him or her become not just a better basketball player but a better person on the court and in life.

Summer Art Studios allows young artists to work with like-minded peers and culminates in a public celebration of their work each week. Our artist-teachers focus on fundamentals such as drawing and painting, as well as experimental design and classes that explore world cultures.

Day camp at The Little Gym is the perfect choice for long, hot summers and other breaks from school when you want your child to stay active, safe, and happy. We combine fun physical activities and games with plenty of time to laugh and play with friends. Each week has a new theme so your child will never tire of camp at The Little Gym.

To deliver on the Y’s commitment to nurturing the potential of every child, our program helps campers discover what they are passionate about, form healthy relationships, and obtain a sense of belonging.  Summer camp at the Y invites youth to be inspired through creative play, field trips, sports, and more. It is an opportunity for youth to stay engaged socially and academically. The Y’s door is open to all, regardless of ability, faith, gender or income. The Y offers financial assistance to families who may otherwise not be able to afford to send their child to camp.

Girls Inc. of San Antonio is an affiliate of the national Girls Incorporated organization that was established locally in November 2004. With a mission to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold, Girls Inc. of San Antonio helps girls age 6 to 18 overcome barriers that prohibit them from achieving their personal, educational, and career goals.

Glenda Woods Girls University is a full-day summer day camp for girls in 1st-6th grade. Each week has a different theme and includes core activities in art, science, reading, and sports. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided. Weekly field trips and multiple swim days!

Language Immersion Summer Camps in French, Spanish, Mandarin and Russian

Our week-long summer language immersion camps are a fun opportunity for children ages 3-10 to begin learning a new language or keep their skills during school breaks. Campers participate in hands-on activities, such as arts and crafts, cooking, games, storytelling, and singing while acquiring a target language.
