Your dancer will also spend part of each class working on complementary gymnastics skills in the gym in order to emphasize poise and balance.

Stroller Strong Moms is an exercise group for moms run by moms. Our instructors are group fitness certified, have training in pregnancy and postpartum athleticism, and hold current CPR certification.
